Do you charge buyers a consulting fee?

For most end-user searches we work on a success basis with the developer or seller. If a paid advisory is needed (for example a detailed investment memo), we will tell you the fee before any work starts.

Do you help with negotiation and registry?

Yes. We support pricing discussions, clause review, loan coordination and registry guidance so the close is not left to chance.

Can NRIs buy through you without visiting often?

Yes. We shortlist, arrange virtual walkthroughs and coordinate paperwork. You still sign documents as required by the developer, bank and law.

Are the prices on the website final?

Listed prices, including “on request”, are indicative. Final numbers depend on inventory, floor, payment plan and the developer’s offer at the time of booking.

Do you only handle new launches?

No. We advise on fresh booking, resale, plots and select commercial inventory across Gurugram and NCR.
